General Policy
- At LTSICON 2024 - 7th Annual Conference, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our members and participants in our programs and events. Please read the following refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
Event and Program Fees
- Cancellation by Participant: If a participant cancels their registration for an event or program, a refund request must be submitted in writing to info@ltsicon2024hyd.com. Refunds will be granted based on the following schedule:
- Cancellation 30 days before the event/program: 100% refund.
- Cancellation 15–29 days before the event/program: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 15 days before the event/program: No refund.
- Cancellation by Organizer: If LTSICON 2024 - 7th Annual Conference cancels an event or program, participants will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
Membership Fees
- Membership fees paid to LTSICON 2024 - 7th Annual Conference are non-refundable. Once a membership is purchased, it cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.
Donations
- Donations made to LTSICON 2024 - 7th Annual Conference are non-refundable. We appreciate your support and understanding that donations are used to further our mission and are not subject to return.
Processing of Refunds
- Refund Request Submission: To request a refund, please contact us at info@ltsicon2024hyd.com with your details and reason for the refund request.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be made to the original method of payment used during the transaction.
- Administrative Fees: An administrative fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs, depending on the nature of the transaction.
Exceptions
- LTSICON 2024 - 7th Annual Conference reserves the right to review and make exceptions to this refund policy on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
